Log In Issues

Having issues logging in to your Bittrex account? We can help with that!

Our platform is usually pretty straightforward and easy to use, but sometimes errors can appear.
Here are some common issues you may experience when logging in to your Bittrex account and how to resolve them:

Invalid Email/Password
  • Double check your username and password
  • If you are on web, make sure you are logging in to the official Bittrex website, not the Bittrex Support site
  • If your password includes a colon, some devices are not able to copy and paste it correctly. Try typing your password manually or changing it to remove the colon.
  • Reset your password.

    Note:

Password resets generate a 24-hour account lock. You will need to wait 24 hours from the time you reset your password in order to log in to your account.
