When creating your Bittrex account, you will receive a verification email from no-reply@bittrex.com. You will need to open this email and click or tap the Verify Email button, or the link below it.
However, after clicking or tapping the button/link, some users have reported seeing this error:
This may happen for one of two reasons:
- you opened your email in one web browser (e.g. Chrome), and when you clicked on the link it opened in a separate browser (e.g. Safari)
- you opened your email and clicked on the link from a different device
Luckily, this is an easy fix! To avoid this error, be sure to open the email and click or tap the link from the same device and web browser you are currently using for the email verification process.
