How to link your bank account and withdraw funds

Follow the steps below to initiate a bank transfer to your personal bank account.  

  1. From the Holdings page, click the Withdraw link attached to your USD wallet.  
  2. On the Bank Account tab of the withdrawal window that opens up, select Get Started.
    • If you do not have 2FA enabled on your profile, you will be asked to enable it before proceeding.
  3. Follow the integrated bank verification flow to add and verify your banking credentials. 
    • You may also use a previously added bank account. 
    • Keep in mind that the amount available to withdraw may differ from your overall USD holdings.  
  4. After your bank is verified and linked, review your withdrawal details.  
  5. Confirm your withdrawal and enter in 2FA code. 
  6. Your USD is on the way! Withdrawals can take up to 3 business days to post to your bank account. 

 

How to remove your saved banking accounts  

  1. From the Holdings page, select Bank Account on the right-hand menu (Fund your account).
  2. On the Bank Account tab of the deposit window that opens up, click on the list of banks you currently have linked.
  3. Click on the delete icon to the right of the bank account you want to remove.
  4. Confirm the removal by clicking Remove bank account in the confirmation window.
  5. If you need to re-link this bank account at any time, follow the instructions in the instructions above (Hot to link an account) to re-establish the link.  

 

Using the Mobile App

How to link your bank account and withdraw (w/ 2FA enabled)  

Follow the steps below to initiate a bank transfer to a personal account.  

  1. From the Holdings page, select the USD wallet.
  2. Tap the Withdraw button, fill in the amount, and select your bank account. 
  3. Confirm your withdrawal details and enter 2FA. 
  4. Your USD is on the way!  Withdrawals can take up to 3 business days to post to your account. 

 

How to remove your saved banking accounts  

  1. On the Account tab, select Bank Accounts. A list of linked accounts will appear.  
  2. Click the trashcan icon next to account you want to remove. 
  3. Confirm the removal by clicking Remove bank account in the confirmation window.

 

*Bank transfer (ACH) deposits are immediately available for trading; however it will take a few days for the transaction to fully settle and for funds to be removed from your bank account. It is your responsibility to maintain a sufficient balance in your bank account until the transfer is completed. If we do not receive the funds from your bank, or the transaction is reversed, your account will be placed under review until the issue is corrected. If the issue is not corrected in a timely fashion, we may cancel open orders and sell the assets in your account, at your expense to cover the outstanding balance. If we are unable to recover sufficient funds by these means, your account will be subject to closure and possible additional action such as referral to a collection agency.
