Bittrex, Inc., a leading U.S. based blockchain technology and cryptocurrency exchange, announced their mobile app now is available for download in the iOS store and Android store. The mobile app gives users a seamless companion to the web-browser trading experience. The app is available for mobile devices that run iOS and Android operating systems. Developed with Bittrex’s security-first approach in mind, the app’s features include on-the-go wallet access, order monitoring, market searches and, of course, the ability to safely trade from anywhere.
“We took our time developing an app that would deliver on the same mission as Bittrex, bringing to users a secure, industry-leading platform to trade and store their digital assets,” said Linus Petrén, head of product, Bittrex. “Users familiar with the desktop counterpart will find that the functionality has been retained and those new to trading will soon come to enjoy the user-focused experience of Bittrex. Further, the app will include features intentionally designed for the mobile user.”
Features available at launch for users will include more practical means for trading, such as that the ability to help users find and monitor markets, and present information in an easy-to-read, mobile-friendly format. Additional navigation and search tools allow users to easily filter trading pairs by cryptocurrency and organize markets according to criteria like top volume, winners and losers and more. Users can also save markets and cryptocurrencies of interests to a customizable favorites list for easy access and viewing.
“User feedback has always been a large part of our design and creation process. We listened, researched and consulted many users to help us develop an app that they want,” Linus Petrén. “Like the Bittrex platform itself, the mobile app was built to be a continuously evolving product and we look forward to improving our product base on user feedback.”
