What options do I have if my coin/token was delisted?
After a market or token is removed, Bittrex generally seeks to provide users up to 14 days to withdraw any delisted tokens, but in certain instances the withdrawal period may be shortened. Users should withdraw any tokens before the posted withdrawal deadline.
There may be circumstances under which a user may not be able to withdraw a token due to events outside of Bittrex’s control. For example, there could be technical difficulties (e.g., the blockchain is broken) which prevent users from being able to withdraw their tokens
I missed the notification that the token was being delisted. How can I recover or withdraw my tokens?
We generally seek to provide up to 14 days for users to withdraw their tokens after the date that a market or token is delisted. After this date, you will not be able to buy or sell the above-listed Tokens/Coins. You will be able to withdraw these tokens until the wallet is taken off of the Bittrex exchange. It is important to withdraw these tokens as soon as possible. The length of time each wallet will be supported varies. Once the wallet is removed, please refer to the Removed Wallet Token Recovery Policy for a possible recovery of your tokens.
How do I withdraw a delisted coin?
Click on the Holdings tab, search for the desired Token/Coin and click the withdrawal button to open the withdraw dialog and initiate the normal withdrawal process. For more information on how to withdraw, click here.
