GeoCoin will be upgrading from their own full mainnet proof-of-work blockchain to an ERC20 token on the Ubiq network.
Users' GeoCoin Bittrex exchange balance totals will reflect the same total that they had prior to the swap in a 1:1 manner. The old GeoCoin tokens will no longer be supported or be traded on Bittrex.
Bittrex will re-enable trading GeoCoin tokens (GEO) when we and the GeoCoin team agree that the migration is satisfactory.
Note: Bittrex will be closing our GEO wallet and stop trading the token to take accurate snapshots of balances. If any GEO deposits you had sent to Bittrex are not settled (i.e. marked as pending) by 6:00 PM PT, on 01/25/2018 (1:00 AM on 01/26/2018 UTC), you may not be credited with GEO.
