Common Reasons you may not be receiving Bittrex emails
- You marked a previous Bittrex email as spam
- Your email provider sent Bittrex email into a low priority queue and did not deliver it to your inbox

The best way to ensure email delivery is to add email@example.com for domestic and firstname.lastname@example.org for international to your contacts or safe senders list. This will whitelist the Bittrex mailing address, allowing all Bittrex emails to be delivered without question.
