What do I need to do to qualify for the sign up bonus?
In order to qualify for and receive the $10 sign up bonus promotion, you need to sign up for a new account, successfully complete account verification, make a deposit into your account sufficient to conduct a trade on the platform, then make a trade through your account by 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022. Offer applies only to new users who have never previously created an account with Bittrex or its Affiliates. US only. Limit one bonus per new user.
How long will this promotion run for?
This promotion will be valid until 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022, but we reserve the right to cancel the promotion at any time. Notice of such early termination of the promotion will be posted via our social media and/or through a banner message on our website. Users who create their accounts or complete their identity verification after the termination of the promotion will be ineligible for the $10 sign up bonus.
What happens if I created an account within the promotion period but did not make my first trade before the offer expired?
In the event the sign up promotion ends early but you are eligible for this offer and have already created a new account and successfully completed account verification during the promotion period, you will still be eligible for the $10 sign up bonus as long as you complete your first trade by 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022.
I signed up, verified, deposited and completed a trade, but I don’t see my sign up bonus.
Bittrex will use commercially reasonable efforts to deposit your sign up bonus into your account within 72 hours of successful trade completion. You must create your account and complete your identification verification within the promotion period and make your trade before 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022 to be eligible for the $10 sign up bonus.
Where do I find my sign-up bonus?
Your sign up bonus will be available in your account holdings. To view your account holdings, login to your Bittrex account and click Holdings on the top right navigation menu.
Do I need a promotional or referral code?
No code needed. You’ll automatically be eligible for the program if you meet the qualification criteria.
I was referred by a friend. What code do I input in the referral code box?
Your friend will generate a custom referral code for you, which you would enter into the “Enter referral code” box during the sign up process.
