PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE BITTREX NEW USER REWARD PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE BITTREX NEW USER REWARD PROGRAM.
Binding Agreement; Incorporation of Bittrex Terms of Service.
These Bittrex New User Reward Program Terms (“New User Reward Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Bittrex New User Reward Program (the “New User Reward Program”), which is operated by Bittrex, Inc. (collectively, “Bittrex”, “our” “us” or “we”). Please read these New User Reward Terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations under this program.
By participating in the New User Reward Program, you agree to be bound by these New User Reward Terms and acknowledge that it is a binding contract. Bittrex may modify these New User Reward Terms from time to time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Addendum. In addition, and without limiting the prior sentence, Bittrex may modify or cancel the New User Reward Program from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. Continued participation in the New User Reward Program after any modification shall constitute consent to any such modification. The Bittrex Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) apply to any access to, or use of, any services provided by us, including the New User Reward Program. These New User Reward Terms expand on the Terms of Service to address your use of the New User Reward Program, and the Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into these New User Reward Terms. Any reference to “Services” in the Terms of Service shall be deemed to include the New User Reward Program. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined in these New User Reward Terms have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.
The New User Reward Program is a limited time offer and shall expire no later than 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022. Bittrex reserves the right to cancel or revoke the New User Reward Program at any time prior to such date. Notice of such early termination of the New User Reward Program will be posted via our social media and/or through a banner message on our website. For the avoidance of doubt, users who create their accounts or complete their identity verification after the termination of the New User Reward Program will be ineligible for the New User Reward.
If any provision in these New User Reward Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and these New User Reward Terms, these New User Reward Terms will control.
Privacy.
Our policies concerning the collection, use, disclosure and processing of your personal information collected in connection with the New User Reward Program (if any) are described in the Bittrex Privacy Policy.
Eligibility.
To be eligible to participate in the New User Reward Program, you must (a) never have previously created an account with Bittrex or its Affiliates, (b) create and maintain a valid account with Bittrex that complies with all Bittrex onboarding requirements and the Terms of Service, (c) deposit funds into your Bittrex account sufficient to conduct a trade on the Bittrex platform, (d) complete such trade through your account utilizing our Services by 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022, and (e) complete any other action as applicable. Certain corporate Bittrex Accounts as well as current Bittrex employees and contractors, and immediate family members of current Bittrex employees and contractors, are not eligible to participate in the New User Reward Program.
If you violate these New User Reward Terms or any applicable Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate your ability to participate in the New User Reward Program
How the New User Reward Program Works.
Under the New User Reward Program, a user who creates a new account during the promotional period will be eligible to receive ten (10.00) United States Dollars (“USD”) in their Bittrex account (the “New User Reward”) upon the successful completion of each of (i) verification of their identity, (ii) completion of their account set-up including, but not limited to, providing any and all requested Know Your Customer (“KYC”) information, (iii) deposit of funds by the user into the new account sufficient to conduct a trade on the Bittrex platform, (iv) execution of a trade through the account utilizing our Services on or before 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022, and (v) completion of any other action as applicable.
The New User Reward Program is only good while supplies last and may be modified, canceled, or revoked at any time.
Bittrex will use commercially reasonable efforts to place the New User Reward in the new user’s account within seventy-two (72) hours after successful completion of the new user’s first trade on their account, so long as such trade occurs no later than 11:59pm UTC on December 31, 2022.
The New User Reward Program will only be available to new users located in the United States. Residents of certain states will not be eligible to participate. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. The offer cannot be applied retroactively. The New User Reward Program is only available to persons who have not previously opened an account with Bittrex or its Affiliates. It is not available to users who have existing or previous Bittrex accounts under different email addresses. All new users are subject to Bittrex’s continuing internal policy reviews and controls. Participants in the New User Reward Program are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes related to the program. Bittrex has no responsibility or obligation to calculate, determine, pay, or otherwise address any potential tax liability arising from your participation in the New User Reward Program.
New users are only eligible to receive a single New User Reward. The New User Reward Program may not be combined with any other offers, including but not limited to Bittrex’s Referral Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing , new users will still be eligible to participate in the Bittrex Credit’s Customer Rewards Program. Offer is not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, or sold.
Bittrex reserves the right to suspend accounts or to withhold, deny, deduct, or cancel any New User Reward Rewards obtained through the New User Reward Program in the event that Bittrex determines or believes that the receipt of the New User Reward was in error, fraudulent, illegal, suspicious, or in violation of these New User Reward Terms or any other applicable agreement between you and Bittrex. We reserve the right to review and investigate all New User Reward activities and to suspend accounts or modify New User Rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
If you violate these New User Reward Terms, the Bittrex Terms of Service, or the Bittrex Privacy Policy, Bittrex reserves the right in its sole discretion to rescind any New User Reward and close your account.
