Issues:

I do not see a Bank account option on the Holdings page.
If you do not see this option on the Holdings page of your Bittrex account, please make sure that:

Note:

Some accounts under 30 days old may not see this option. Once the account is 30+ days old, this option will become available.

I am located in a fiat eligible state, but the ID on my account is from an ineligible state.
The following states are ineligible from performing fiat ACH transactions on Bittrex:
  • Hawaii
  • New York
  • Vermont
  • Connecticut
  • Nevada
  • South Dakota
  • Texas

If you performed identity verification on your Bittrex account using an ID from an ineligible location, (even if you are currently located in an eligible location), you would be unable to make fiat transactions on Bittrex.

To resolve this, you will need to provide proof that you are in an eligible location for fiat transactions. Here are instructions on how to do this based on your account type:

Personal Corporate
  • Provide us with a valid government ID and address in an eligible location, OR
  • To prove your trading activity occurs in an eligible location, provide us with a copy of your lease agreement showing your name and the eligible address, along with a copy of a new state ID.
My transaction status shows Invalid.
This usually means you need to re-connect your bank account to your Bittrex account.

If this is not the case, please contact Bittrex support so we can investigate further.

FAQ:

What fees does Bittrex charge for ACH deposits?
There are no fees on ACH deposits! This and other important information can be found in this article.
I submitted a fiat application to add my bank for wire transfers and was approved, do I still need to link my bank account for ACH?
Yes, if you would like to make both types of transactions, you still need to link your bank account to your Bittrex account for ACH transfers. This is because ACH transfers use Automated Clearing House to process transactions, while wire transfers are processed using the Fedwire Transfer system.
